You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear products whose protective packaging, seal, tape or similar hygienic protection has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged when the product is no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Eligible return items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
Cancellation can be requested for orders that have not yet been handed over to the carrier.
